Rick joined Bissette Construction in July 2021 after 20 successful years as owner of Precision Pipe, Inc. Rick brings over 44 years of expertise in the heavy construction and roadside development industry. Prior to establishing Precision Pipe, Rick was Vice President of a local heavy construction company specializing in earth moving and road building for 10 years. His professional history also includes responsible positions with a land development company and asphalt paving company, giving him a well-rounded background in the construction industry within the Hampton Roads region. Rick brings a wealth of experience in this industry to help guide project management and estimating activities at Bissette Construction.
