Vince joined the Bissette Construction Team from the Precision Pipe Inc. staff as an Estimator in July of 2021. After 20 years of service in the Navy as an Instructor/Aviation Electrician, he retired from the Navy but continued his Naval Technical Student Training for five years as a Navy Contractor/Technical Writer. In 2004 he joined the Precision Pipe Inc. team and completed 16 successful years as a Project Manager/Estimator assisting clients in completing their projects on time and under budget. Vince lives in Chesapeake with his wife and in his downtime he enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time relaxing with his family at their property in the mountains.
